This is not the employee’s fault, but rather a mistake by the company that can be avoided. Although you are trying to cut costs these days, staff training is not the place to cut. Training will allow you to get the type of employee output that you want.

This is because your employee will not have to second guess every move they make because they will know exactly how every aspect of their job should be done. One thing you do want to keep in mind when it comes to staff training for new employees, Phillip Thow believes, is to keep it the same for equal employees. You run the risk of employees doing the same job differently if you try to alter the changing. If you must change the new staff training, then you also should address it in your staff training for existing employees. This way your entire company is working the same.
